The office plays a key role in ensuring patients\u2019 rights are respected and members\u2019 behaviour is appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Syndic investigates OPPQ members when it receives information or suspects that a member is in breach of the <a href=\"https:\/\/oppq.qc.ca\/document\/code-of-ethics-of-physical-therapist-and-p-r-t\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Code of Ethics<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/oppq.qc.ca\/document\/professional-code\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Professional Code<\/a>, or any other <a href=\"https:\/\/oppq.qc.ca\/membres\/politiques-et-reglements\/\">OPPQ regulation<\/a>.
